I came across this company while having problems with my ears and not being able to get a doctors appointment . Wasn't really sure what to expect and little bit nervous, but got an appointment straight away and was made to feel at ease from the moment I arrived, I needed to have some (a lot) of wax removed from both ears, everything was explained every step of the way including being shown before and after pictures of both ears - gave additional advice on caring for my ears/current hearing aids, no trying to sell other services just friendly, honest & extremely professional - have absolutely no hesitation in recommending them to anybody

Very pleased with the treatment received at this clinic. It was friendly efficient and relaxed and did exactly what I needed.

Initial telephone consultation was very good, polite informed staff. Booking was quick and efficient. All Covid, health and safety protocols were excellent during the procedure, with the guarantee of after care, if required. I will certainly use Hearing Logic again, if required, and can happily recommend their services.

I very pleased with the reception you get from the staff (especially lady called clare who I saw on my last visit she was fun and made you feel relaxed) I would certainly recommend the place. It easy to get to. Has parking 2min walk away.

Fantastic service from start to finish. All the people I dealt with were so kind and helpful. I went initially for wax removal to find that wasn’t required and I had a full hearing test which showed a clear difference in hearing ability between my 2 ears and I have been given all the correct advice to try and get this problem resolved.
