What to expect from your appointment from start to finish

Further to the lockdown announcement on the 4th January, as an essential service Hearing Logic remains open.

If you are a patient of ours, we will have been in touch to update you on the adaptations to our clinic to ensure that you are safe at all times and receive the ultimate in effective clinical care at your appointment.

The same applies if you are not yet a patient of ours and you would like to explore the options available to you to improve your hearing, ready for when you can see your family and friends again. Sharing special moments together will now be more important than ever and something to be treasured.  Our promise to you is that we will always enable you to remain part of the conversation so that you can make the most of every second of your daily life.

Should you require any support with your hearing, below is an outline of how your appointment would be conducted following the latest strict Government and Professional body Covid 19 guidelines.  This applies to all of our services so whether you see us for ear wax removal or a hearing test, the process will remain the same.

Home treatments can result in damage to your ears or hearing, it is so important to be looked after by an experienced and reliable professional.

We will contact you before your appointment to:
Discuss your requirements
Complete a Covid symptoms questionnaire
Answer any of your questions

Arriving for your appointment:
Park in Willerby Square free car park
Please wear a face covering (we can provide one if necessary)
Please attend on your own where possible
Ring the doorbell for Hearing & Dental Logic, 5-7 Beverley Road
You may be asked to wait outside until we are ready

In preparation for your appointment:
We will wear a face covering and the correct PPE
We will have completed a surfaces clean down since the last customer
We will wash & sanitise our hands

Your appointment:
You will be invited into the waiting room
You will be the only customer present
You will be asked to sanitise your hands
Follow the instructions from our staff
Where possible we will maintain a 2-metre distance
